Consideration was given to the recommendations of the Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 8 March 2011 arising from the review of the medical and welfare assessment process for housing applicants.
The Cabinet resolved that the conclusions and recommendations arising from the Scrutiny Review of medical and welfare assessments for housing applicants, as set out in the report, be endorsed.
Reasons: As set out in the reports of the Chief Executive to Cabinet and the Director of Health and Housing to Scrutiny Committee of 8 March 2011.
